    FAQ’s: Any Question

    What time does settlement occur?

     Settlements are booked in for 11.30am each day. We typically are able to complete between 12pm and 1pm, and will contact you as soon as this has occurred.

    Where do I collect the keys from once settlement has occurred?

    If a Real Estate agent is involved in the Transaction, they will hold the keys until they have been notified that settlement has been completed. They will then release these to you at a mutually agreed time and place.

    Do I need to attend settlement?

    No, we do all the necessary documentation and attend on your behalf.

    What will I need to organise?

    We will organise the ownership change of the Government Departments (Council, SAWater, RevenueSA), but you will need to organise all utilities i.e. Gas/Electricity/Phone/Internet, etc.
